3. Traditional Products, Clear Descriptions

Our range may include A2 Gir Cow Ghee, cold-pressed oils, pickles, jams, candies and other traditional food products. We value the heritage associated with these products and endeavour to explain their individual characteristics responsibly.

Terms such as A2, cold-pressed, traditional, natural or organic should be interpreted only in relation to the product for which they are expressly stated and supported by the applicable packaging or documentation. One product's description does not automatically apply to our complete range.

4. Quality and Product Handling

We aim to take appropriate care in product selection, preparation, storage, packing and dispatch. The specific handling requirements depend on the product, its container and its storage instructions.

Food quality depends on several factors, including appropriate storage and transportation conditions. For this reason, customers should inspect packaging after delivery and follow the instructions supplied with each item.

5. Packaging and Seal Integrity

We strive to use suitable packaging to help protect food products during transit. Products such as ghee, oils, pickles and jams may require extra care because of the nature of their containers and contents.

Please check for damaged containers, broken seals, leakage, unusual swelling or visible contamination. Do not consume an item if you have reasonable concerns about its safety; instead, contact our customer care team with your order details and photographs.

6. Freshness, Shelf Life and Storage

Always check the manufacturing, packing, best-before or expiry information printed on the product label, as applicable. Shelf life and storage instructions differ between products.

Store items according to their labels. Some products may need protection from heat, sunlight or moisture; others may require refrigeration after opening. We do not promise that a product will remain suitable beyond its stated shelf life or when stored contrary to its instructions.

We do not promise unconditional satisfaction, a fixed outcome for every complaint, or a lifetime product warranty. Any additional guarantee applies only if specifically stated for the relevant product or offer.

11. Reporting a Product Quality Concern

If you believe an item is damaged, incorrect, spoiled, leaking or otherwise unsuitable, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it. To help us investigate, include:

• The product name, pack size and batch or lot details, if visible.
• A brief description of the concern and when it was noticed.
• Clear photographs of the item, label, seal and outer packaging.
• An unboxing video, if available; it is not a universal prerequisite for raising a complaint.
